Terms and Conditions

  1. A customer is entitled to only one bonus. The minimum required deposit to receive the bonus is 30 EUR.
  2. The maximum bonus amount is 100 EUR.
  3. In order to receive a free bet for your first deposit, you must select the appropriate bonus when you register or in My Account before making a deposit. The bonus will be credited automatically, once you have made your first deposit, provided that you have filled in all the fields in My Account and activated your phone number.
  4. To wager the bonus, place an accumulator bet with at least 3 selections on any sports events, each at odds of 1.60 or higher, using the promo code awarded.
  5. The bonus must be used within 30 days of registration.
  6. No withdrawals can be made until all the conditions of the offer have been met.
  7. All types of bonus are disabled for cryptocurrencies, without exception.
  8. Total and handicap bets are not included in the total stake of valid bets and do not count towards wagering requirements.
  9. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or special offers.
  10. BetLabel has the right to amend the terms of the offer, cancel or renew the offer, or refuse participation at any time without prior notice.

If, upon such review, it appears that a customer is participating in strategies that BetLabel at its sole discretion deems to be abusive, BetLabel reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such customers to participate in the promotion and reclaim the bonus.
  13. Only one bonus is allowed per customer, family, address, shared computer, shared IP address, and any identical account details including e-mail address, bank account details, credit card information and payment system account. Any misuse of this bonus offer will lead to an account being closed.
  14. The customer must provide ID documents, when necessary, to validate their identity (KYC). Failure to produce these documents if requested by BetLabel will result in the bonus and any winnings being forfeited. The company reserves the right to request, at any time, that the customer provide photographic evidence of themselves holding their ID (the customer’s face must be clearly visible in the photo) or undergo identity verification over the phone.
  15. If BetLabel believes itself to be the victim of fraud or money laundering, the company has the right to close the offending customer’s account and freeze their remaining balance.
  16. Once the bonus has been redeemed, the amount won using the bonus will be credited to your main account.
