Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion period: 1st day of each month (00:00 UTC) to the last day of each month (23:59 UTC).
  2. Bonus funds are credited on the 1st day of each month.
  3. Place bets of at least 1 EUR on any sports events using our app.
  4. This promotion includes single bets at odds of 1.50 or higher and accumulator bets containing 2 or more selections, each selection at odds of 1.30 or higher.
  5. The bonus will only be credited to active customers who place at least 20 bets in the mobile app.
  6. The bonus amount will be equal to the average stake of your 20 or more settled bets placed in the mobile app over a month.
  7. The maximum bonus amount is 250 EUR.
  8. The minimum bonus amount is 1 EUR.
  9. To redeem this bonus, wager x3 times the bonus amount in accumulator bets within 24 hours of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be voided. Each accumulator bet must contain 3 or more selections, at least 3 of which must be at odds of 1.40 or higher.
  10. Only registered customers can take part in this promotion. The following fields must be filled in: full name, mobile phone number (must be activated), email address and country of residence.
  11. This offer does not apply to any handicap or total bets, bets placed using a bonus account or promo codes, canceled or sold bets, advancebets, or refunded bets.
  12. Bets settled at odds of 1.00 are not eligible for this promotion.
  13. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or special offers.
  14. If the company suspects that a customer is misusing a bonus, is engaging in foul play and/or participating in strategies that the company, at its sole discretion, deems to be abusive, BetLabel reserves the right to enforce special wagering requirements to such customers, as well as void their bonus without any explanation.
  15. The bonus may be canceled at any time without prior notice, but only before the bonus amount is wagered or withdrawn. In cases of dispute, the decision of the company is deemed to be final and binding.
  16. The bonus is deemed to be lost if the customer’s remaining account balance is less than the minimum stake amount (in the customer’s account currency).
  17. The bonus is deemed to have been wagered if the wagering requirements set by the operator have been met.
  18. Withdrawals from the customer account are not available until the wagering requirements have been met.
  19. All bonus types are disabled for cryptocurrency accounts and for all kinds of activity in cryptocurrency without exception.
  20. Only one bonus is allowed per customer, per family, per address, per shared computer and shared IP address, and per any account details including e-mail address, bank account details, credit card information and payment system account number. Any misuse of this bonus offer will lead to the cancelation of the bonus and all bonus winnings, or to the closure of the account.
  21. The customer must provide ID documents, when necessary, to validate their identity (KYC). Failure to produce these documents if requested will result in the bonus and any winnings being forfeited. The Company reserves the right to request, at any time, that the customer provides photographic evidence of themselves holding their ID (the customer’s face must be clearly visible in the photo) and/or undergoes identification via telephone.
  22. If BetLabel believes itself to be the victim of fraud or money laundering, the company has the right to close the offending customer’s account and freeze their remaining balance.
  23. The offer is only available to customers with one user account.
  24. BetLabel may amend, cancel, renew or refuse participation in any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
  25. The minimum deposit amount, maximum and minimum winnings, as well as maximum stakes are calculated by automatically converting the amount based on the current EUR exchange rate. All values in other currencies stated on the website or in promotional materials are approximate and may vary depending on the relevant exchange rate.
